Session Abandon Email Journey
Today, this is Attentive's best performing triggered email journey.
The Session Abandon journeys were new to Attentive and the email team was given full autonomy for the strategy and design of the journeys. Since these journeys target consumers who have not placed an order with a brand, we chose to take an educational approach before adding a coupon code to start converting customers.

While creating generic email templates for clients, we were running into image licensing issues. As a result, the team created a library of stock images that were applied into the email templates.
