Started as a designer: agencies, global campaigns, brand work for adidas, Bank of America, and LEGO. Gradually realized I was more interested in how the whole system works than just the output.
Made the move into people management and operations at Attentive, where I lead a team under Platform Services. The work now spans scoping client engagements, building delivery infrastructure, and developing people. I also build AI tools with my team to take manual work off everyone's plate.
The design foundation still shows up every day. It just looks different now.
